If you have any issue with your order, contact us at mathiasfrostofficial@gmail.com before opening any dispute with your bank or payment provider - most issues can be resolved within 24 - 48 hours.


DIGITAL PRODUCTS (EBOOK & AUDIOBOOK)

All digital products are delivered instantly. Download links are provided immediately after purchase on the order confirmation page, in your confirmation email, and remain available on your order status page for repeat downloads.

By completing your purchase of a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation once delivery has begun.

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the content has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

If you experience a technical problem with your download (corrupted file, broken link, wrong file delivered), contact us at mathiasfrostofficial@gmail.com and we will correct it or re-deliver the product at no cost.


PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (HARDCOVER BOOKS)

Each hardcover is printed on demand - produced specifically for your order. For this reason, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds. All hardcover sales are final.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, contact us at mathiasfrostofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Verified claims receive a free replacement copy or a full refund - whichever you prefer. No return of the item is required.

Orders not received:

Every hardcover order ships with tracking, emailed to you on dispatch. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Where a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

We are not responsible for orders marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, orders delayed or held by customs in the destination country, or orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

Because each book is printed on demand, orders are sent to production immediately and cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. Please review your order carefully before purchase.


CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

This policy is presented and agreed to at checkout. If a payment dispute is opened without contacting us first, we will provide our payment processor with complete transaction records, delivery and tracking confirmation, digital download access logs, and a copy of this policy as accepted at the time of purchase. Fraudulent chargebacks are contested in full.
