DIGITAL PRODUCTS (EBOOK & AUDIOBOOK)
Digital products are delivered instantly - no shipping. Download access is provided immediately after purchase on the order confirmation page, by email, and on your order status page.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (HARDCOVER BOOKS)
Every hardcover is printed on demand, specifically for your order, at professional print facilities in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Your order is automatically routed to the facility closest to your shipping address.
Production time: 3 - 7 business days from order confirmation. During this time your book is being printed, bound, and quality-checked.
Shipping time (after production, depending on carrier and destination):
- United States: 2 - 8 business days
- United Kingdom: 2 - 5 business days
- Canada: 2 - 7 business days
- Europe: 3 - 10 business days
- Rest of world: 7 - 20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees - carrier delays, customs processing, and peak periods can extend delivery. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
TRACKING
Every hardcover order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is emailed to you automatically as soon as your order dispatches. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for tracking to show first movement.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over $75 ship FREE to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Customs processing can also add delivery delays beyond our control.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, contact us at mathiasfrostofficial@gmail.com immediately - address changes are only possible before an order enters production.
ISSUES WITH DELIVERY
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within the timeframes above, contact us at mathiasfrostofficial@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve it per our Refund & Return Policy.
