2. PRODUCTS
We sell books in physical (hardcover) and digital (ebook, audiobook) formats. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color and finish may occur in printed copies.
Hardcover books are printed on demand specifically for each order. Digital products are delivered electronically as described in our Shipping Policy.
All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in our products constitutes professional, financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US dollars unless displayed otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; price changes do not affect orders already placed. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and refund affected orders.
Payment is processed at checkout through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.
4. ORDERS, SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or delivery restrictions).
Shipping, delivery timeframes, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, both available on this site and at checkout. By completing a purchase you confirm you have read and accepted them.

All content sold or displayed on this site - including books, ebooks, audiobooks, text, cover artwork, images, and branding - is the intellectual property of Kaiser Studio LLC and/or its author and is protected by copyright law.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read/listen to the content for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, upload, share publicly, or create derivative works from any purchased content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Unauthorized distribution of digital files is a violation of these terms and applicable copyright law.

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping content, introducing malicious code, or using the site for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict or terminate access for violations.

8. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
If you have any issue with an order, contact us at mathiasfrostofficial@gmail.com before initiating a payment dispute - most issues are resolved within 24 - 48 hours. In the event of a payment dispute, we will provide our payment processor with complete transaction records, delivery and tracking confirmation, digital access logs, and the policies accepted at checkout.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
